We are in search of highly qualified instructors to join the TruPower team. Qualifications we are seeking include the following:

Instructor Qualifications:

• Potential instructor himself/herself should have a great deal of hands-on experience in his/her respective field
• Helpful if the potential instructor has written some articles that have been published in magazines or has perhaps authored a book
• Potential instructor should have a great deal of teaching experience
• The instructor, depending on his/her location should be willing to travel
• We are seeking instructors who are recognized as experts in the specific field/subject matter they will be teaching
• Potential Instructors must be able to teach in a down-to-earth manner and present material in fundamental through advanced formats, including hands-on training
• Must be able to utilize and pull from his/her own past field experiences to provide case studies and input to students based on those experiences
• Must have vibrant personality, with ability to not only keep the attention of the students but also to create a highly interactive classroom environment
• Must possess high ethical standards, both professionally and personally
• Degree helpful; however, hands-on experience more essential
• Ideal candidates would have the ability to walk into virtually any facility situation and troubleshoot and diagnose a problem in a field type scenario in his/her applicable field of expertise We are seeking instructors with expertise in the fields of study we currently teach to back up our present instructors. Additionally, those with experience in the following categories who meet the above qualifications may also apply:
